MPS thugs harass animal lovers

Majlis Perbandaran Selangor (MPS) has scrapped the stupid Dog Catching Competition, but not before tossing a salvo of rudeness and barbaric behaviour at the Coalition of Animal Lovers Malaysia (CALM) and its partner NGOs (SPCA, ROAR, PETPOSTITIVE, MARPO).
